Trainee Aircraft Technician
- Basic Up To $2600
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Shift work may be applicable - Paya Lebar & Seletar (Airport)
Roles & Responsibilities after completion of Aircraft Maintenance Technician (ACMT) training:
- Receive comprehensive training on the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of aircraft engines.
- Assist experienced technicians in the disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aircraft engines.
- Learn and follow procedures for cleaning, grinding, and polishing engine components.
- Assist in conducting measurements and inspections to ensure components meet specifications.
- Participate in engine testing and performance checks to identify any issues or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and diagnose engine problems.
- Assist in the installation and removal of engine parts, including seals, bearings, and gaskets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all engine maintenance tasks.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job learning.
Requirements
- 14 months traineeship + 24 months bond upon completion of traineeship
- N level and above, with and without engineering background
- No experience required
