Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with making KrisFlyer the loyalty programme of choice in Singapore and beyond. Apply for a role as Loyalty Marketing Associate (Communications), in the Loyalty Marketing Department of Marketing Planning Division, to help to increase awareness of the KrisFlyer brand, drive member acquisitions and improve member engagement through effective communications across all channels, globally.
Key responsibilities
- Coding, setting up, and troubleshooting eDMs to be sent via Adobe Campaign Management Tool
- Assisting with the management of KrisFlyer-related pages on SingaporeAir.com and KrisFlyerExperiences.com
- Coordinating marketing and budget tracking administrative activities
- Providing manpower and administrative assistance for on-ground event activities
- Designing and editing artworks with Adobe Photoshop
- Designing and layout of inhouse newsletter
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Knowledge and well-versed in HTML coding and eDM content creation.
- Digitally savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, primarily Excel.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and possess good communication skills.
- A responsible and supportive/proactive team player with a high standard of excellence.
- Able to work independently as well as be able to multi-task.
