Job Description :
a) Oversee day to day operation coordination on the assignments handled by the office.
b) Issuance of certificates and other documents on operation assignments. Dispatch reports as per procedure to clients.
c) Liaise with operation offices in the region on day-to-day shipment updates / issuance of reports.
d) Liaise with subcontractors, third party laboratories on testing requirements.
e) Maintain database of subcontractor, their invoices / payments records, liaise with finance and keep coordination on payments / outstanding vendors in consultation with management.
f) Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, maintain their statement records
g) Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management on sales / business performance as per directives provided.
h) Bookkeeping of all records relating to business operation / office administration matters, expense claims, leave records etc. and liaise with head office/ company secretary on this time to time as per guidelines.
i) Keep entry of all jobs / invoices on company software and update it as per directives from system administration personnel.
j) Assist COO on client meetings and business proposal coordination.
