Job Description
Primary duties:
- Direct reporting to the Branch Manager to perform full set of accounting and statutory duties.
Accounting management and responsibilities:
- Responsible create full set accounts and statutory reports;
- Reporting and Financial Statements;
- Journals entries and prepare ledgers;
- Inventory cost management;
- Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
- Outstanding balances checking with internal and external stakeholders (accounts payable and receivable);
- Work with auditors for the Financial Statements and relating audit requirements;
- Ensure compliant with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations;
- Leaning towards full scale business accounts operations of the Singapore branch entity, responsible and reporting to Head Office including cashflow, tax computation, prospects & budgets, legal compliance and financial control.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily accounting operations with respective sections and teams.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year work experience
- Experience with general ledger functions. Preferably with basic accounting knowledge and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
- Good working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, advanced Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables.
- A hands-on independent individual with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, hardworking and responsible person (attention to details).
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
- A team player in a diverse environment.
