about the job
- Assessing the soundness and giving recommendation (within given limits - to be advised) of credit applications
- Working closely with Credit Analysts/RMs to ensure alignment of risk tolerance
- Legal documentation review
- Credit monitoring and reviewing of the credit health of the given portfolio, spotting early signs of credit issues and mitigating credit risks
- Improving credit procedures and reviewing processes, building a more robust credit policy of the bank
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, you will be part of a regional team with good learning opportunities.
skills & experience required
- At least 6 years of banking credit assessment
- Experienced in reviewing loan documents
- Able to make sound judgment on credit matters
- Keen on decision making & being responsible for it
- Strong communication skills
