RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for equipment benchmarking, technical strategies, and technical roadmaps at Solar Cell manufacturing tools.
- Provide technical expertise and recommend technical solutions to the development and design of equipment to maximize overall equipment effectivenLess.
- Harmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all sites worldwide.
- Strong coordination and communication network with both local and overseas manufacturing sites
- Partner with suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, commissioning, Qualification, and installation, according to the planned schedule to add capacity on time
- Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement, and driving defect reduction.
- Relevant bachelors degree in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering/ Automation Engineering and/or equivalent.
- More than 4 years experience in Equipment Engineering.
- A team player who can multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good experience in problem-solving techniques, methodologies, and project management are a plus.
- Able to work in a clean room environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves(PPEs). Spend significant amount of time on the factory floor working on the tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word) & AutoCAD applications.
- Oversea traveling may required.
