We are seeking for a Site Coordinator to support our client in Pharmaceutical Industry for their plant extension project.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for oversight of all site activities and ensuring adherence to the Project Construction Plan by the Construction Site Manager during project execution
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety policies during all site activities including pre-planning, review of safe work plans, preparation of site work documentation and monitoring of safe work methods during execution;
- Secure project deliverables according to project contracts withclient and vendors and act according to responsibilities in the Project Execution Plan;
- Review planning for site activities, help to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize work fronts;
- Drive productivity in project through utilization of processes and tools;
- Manage scope changes and communicate these to the client Project Team;
- Maintain communication and documentation for all site activities according to Project Communication Plan;
- Give input to lesson learned for improvement or development of processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering field
- 5-10 years experience in similar role with project value > $10mil.
- Good communication skills
- Hygienic facility brownfield construction
- Food/pharma processing knowledge is a MUST
- Good understanding of local construction codes and regulations such as BCA, SCDF, Singapore Standards
- Familiarity with industry safe work methods and OHS requirements such as WSH Act, LOTO
- People management experience
- Customer Management / Customer Relationship experience with international clients
- Must be comfortable with cotract basis role
