Job Description
- Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials etc to give full support to Production without disrupting production.
- Purchase of office equipment and supplies
- Set up an efficient and reliable purchasing system.
- Sourcing for honest and reliable supplies to establish long term business relationships.
- Reviewing of company’s purchasing requirements regularly
- Inventory control and management
- To liaise and negotiate with suppliers for best deal
- Prepare Budget and price control.
- Warehouse operations (raw materials)
- Willing to work outdoor for raw material receiving & require to drive forklift occasionally.
- Providing general administrative and quality management support.
- Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP.
Requirements:
- ITE, N-Level, O level or Diploma in Logistic and Supply chain management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Forklift License
- Familiar with SAP system
- Friendly personality and able to deal with people from different backgrounds.
- Good self-discipline, strong leadership qualities and honest
- Able to multi-task, strong communication skills, systematic and able to meet deadlines.
