Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day customer service and operations support.
- Handle new and existing customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotation, purchase order, delivery order and etc.
- Order processing for ISO tank parts and accessories (include coordination with warehouse for pick and pack).
- Handle and prepare shipping of sales order, including exporting of shipment through courier services or freight agents
- Other ad hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or GCE “O” levels
- Must have shipping experience
- With SAP and spare parts accessories will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and willing to learn
- Good organization skills, focused and detailed mindset toward work excellence
- Positive attitude and able to perform under pressure
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
