Job Summary
The Business Analyst will be assisting Project Lead/Manager on digital transformation projects across the company. This is an analysis heavy role, responsible for continuously monitor business needs and process improvements with the aim of driving organizational productivity and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Collaborate and communicate with all levels in the organizations to align business objectives and taking down pain points encountered.
- Consolidate business pain points and recommend solutions.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Identify and propose technologies to justify shortlisted choice for solving specific problems.
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Support business in implementing and UAT testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Assist on training, workshop & guidance needs for users relating to new process/innovation deployment.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Basic experience in drafting Flowchart.
- Able to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements for improvement.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong analytical ability.
Desirable
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience on digitalization, robotic process automations and data analytics will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of various productivity tools will be advantage.
