- Tender BQ take-off
- Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work and non-material requirements
- Detailed breakdown pricing and preparation of quotation for tender submission
- Follow up on submitted tenders
- Project and contract administration, including account receivables
- Progress payment claims, VO & finalisation of accounts
- Attending to sales enquiries
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Pre-requisite
- Diploma in QS or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Well versed with MS Office Applications
