Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and organise promotional activities to increase footprint for the shopping mall
- Coordinate and build relationship with mall’s tenants on A&P materials and activities.
- Handle requests and enquiries on the usage of the A&P spaces, etc. within the shopping mall.
- Propose A&P budget and closely track expenditures.
- Prepare reports of post event analysis for promotions and events.
- Media liaison / public relations duties related to the shopping mall
- Propose overall marketing communications program and budget for the shopping mall.
- Liaison with contractors, ad agencies, design houses, printers, distribution vendors, authorities, statutory boards and other relevant parties for A&P activities
- Monitor progress, execution and result of the A&P activities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in social media marketing / digital marketing in shopping mall setting
- Knowledge in A&P function will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A good team player with strong analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
