Our client, a company in the marine sector, is currently seeking a Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The successful incumbent will be engaged in month-end closing activities encompassing accounting period closure/opening, forex setup, and related tasks. The role should ensure timely processing of all required journal entries, execute posting for timely reporting, and prepare comprehensive monthly management reports. Other responsibilities include conducting variance analysis in various reports, preparing monthly balance sheet schedules for assigned entities, and supporting annual budget and regular forecast reporting.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent, with prior experience in performing accounting and financial reporting. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors.
