Role Description
This position reports to the founder and works directly on independent and comissioned projects. OKJ Works is a Documentary Storytelling company, and this position is open to those who seek to do justice to stories told through in depth research, production skillset and manpower management.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Production of independent and commissioned documentary projects together with founder and freelance network crew
2. Scoping out future independent documentary prospects through collaborative research and analysis.
Competencies
1. Guidance and collaboration on in-depth topics of a wide range of local topics for documentary production and comissioned works
2. Active participation in documentary productions, including research, filming, post-production
3. Develop understanding of time management, interpersonal skills and resource allocation for production

Education Qualifications Required
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).
Graduates interested in this position should possess a University Degree qualification and above. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
