Tasks & responsibilities
- Focus on Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
Qualifications & experience
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, and able to meet tight
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience with the contractor (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil
