Job Description
- Financial controlling and hands-on quarterly, half-yearly and annual report preparation
- Handle tax queries (Corporate income tax, property tax, withholding tax), ACAP/ASK and DTA and MTA
- Liaise with IRAS and MIRB officers for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia tax
- FATCA and OFAC obligation and CBCR
- Internal controls (including, but not limited to drafting and updating)
- Banking transactions processing and approval, responding to banking queries and contractual negotiations
- Consolidation, including joint ventures, non-controlling interests and associates.
- Fixed asset and deferred tax management (> 10,000 lines)
- Financial statements preparation (word and excel) and audit sub-schedules preparation
- EDB, SingStat
- Handling internal audit and external audit
- Daily transactions processing, monitoring and approval
- Knowledge in IFRS, SFRS, ITA
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity
- SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
- Current CA/CPA member or equivalent
- Some overseas travelling is required
- Spoken Japanese language is advantageous
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
