B2B Events and Project Management Executive

We are looking to build a team of talented individuals who are passionate about marketing and have a keen interest in technology to optimise marketing processes; both areas sum up what we do at MoWin Digital!


Yearning to do more than just managing schedules? You will be responsible for ensuring marketing project processes, from beginning to end, are efficiently executed with positive results.


In brief, the three key areas you will be working and learning more on are:

  • Global to regional, offline to online B2B events for international tech firms
  • B2B Marketing Technology (#martech), marketing automation and digital transformation for SMEs and MNCs
  • Voice marketing, conversational AI and applications across various industries, including IT, FinTech, eCommerce and Education.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer management team
  • Produce local and regional B2B events for international tech firms, overseeing the management of vendors and partners from start to finish
  • Conduct in-depth research on a product or service as well as competitor analysis
  • Understand our customer and partners, their products/services and customer base in order to create effective marketing campaigns
  • Learn project management basics and assist in the whole project process, monitoring, operation, planning, control, etc
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables, scheduling deadlines, communicating with stakeholders and caring out other supervisory responsibilities
  • Determine project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
  • Assist in develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Plan, manage and execute projects from beginning to end
  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
  • Work with customers, partners and international team to collect deadlines, budgets, objectives, etc
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Requirements:

  • Project management and communication skills participating from the start of a marketing campaign to execution, leveraging marketing technology tools.
  • Self-starter with an ability to manage projects and deadlines independently.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools which enable marketing automation and analytics.
  • Global exposure working with various partners around the world is a plus, including North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific including China and ASEAN.
  • Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
