Responsibilities
- Acts as trusted business partner, change agent and coach to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions that support the achievement of business results and people objectives.
- Collaborates with Total Rewards COE on C&B plan designs/ implementation.
- Work with other COE HR colleagues to achieve operational excellence and attain consistent high quality of HR processes and services.
- Plays a strategic role in people development, identification of high potentials, successors and employees in critical roles to achieve business goals.
- Participate in labor management.
- Ongoing engagement with the operations to identify and understand people priorities that have business implications. Design action plans to address these priorities.
- Participate in labor management rights and employee relations.
- Build a strong partnering relationship and act as point of contact for business leaders and all other internal stakeholders.
- Provide HR guidance and solutions to line managers.
- Adopt Lean methodology to proactively seeking continue improvement to achieve business objectives and strengthen employees’ experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources partnering.
- Good knowledge of full spectrum of HR functions with focus on Total Rewards.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates with Unions management experience/hands on Industrial Relations practice is an advantage.
- Meticulous, process and result orientated, strong in follow-through the process.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion to serve people and support the business to drive HR transformation.
- Great team player with good communication and influencing skills across all levels.
