Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day HR operational and administrative activities.
- Manage recruitment, selection & onboarding process for replacement and new employees.
- Handle application for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of Foreign worker.
- nsure complaince and always updated with current regulation from MOH and MOM.
- Handle renewal of group health Insurance, submission and follow up of insurance claim.
- Maintain and update employee P- File.
- Plan and schedule training programme for employee based on the regulation, compliance and apply grant accordingly.
- Handle employee relations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the HR field as generalist role.
- Past working experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Wiling to work in Tuas area.
