We are actively seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years or more in-depth expertise in marine foreshore structures. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in marine piling and civil works, overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage marine foreshore structure projects, specifically focusing on marine piling and civil works.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.
Utilize specialized knowledge in marine construction techniques, including but not limited to pile driving, seawall construction, and other marine infrastructure projects.
Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or risks related to marine engineering and construction.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate project updates.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Demonstrate expertise in environmental considerations and regulatory compliance associated with marine construction projects.
Foster a collaborative and safety-focused team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years or more of hands-on experience in project management within the marine foreshore structure sector.
Proficient in marine piling techniques and civil works associated with marine construction.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple marine construction projects simultaneously. Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes related to marine construction projects.
