Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, managing contract terms, and overseeing the offer acceptance process.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and resolve conflicts, ensuring timely solutions.
Requirements
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a recruitment agency.
- Must hold the CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Basic/KAH.
- Exhibit a strong drive to succeed in sales, with a passion for identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in finding the right career paths.
- An energetic and proactive individual with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills is preferred.
- Capable of working independently as well as being an effective team player.
