- Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures
- Establishing plans, budgets and result measurements, allocating resources, reviewing progress

- Develop and implement policies, processes and standards to meet all regulatory requirements
- Establish training programs to implement initiatives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee the operation of the plant

Job Requirements
- A team player
- Degree / Diploma holder
- Independent and possess sound analytical and communication skills,
- 3 Years of relevant experience
- Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage
