You are responsible for completing end-to-end planning and coordinating all the manufacturing processes for a specific project. Work closely with internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to ensure that manufacturing can meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Analyze gaps between actual production time and standard time and discuss with Process Engineering for a resolution. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes and developing cleanroom control and contamination control protocol and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology; Industrial or Mechanical preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing engineering field, preferably in a manufacturing assembly environment
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
