· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with experience in banking product or operation domain
· Should have managed multiple implementation of end to end applications project. PMP Certified and familiar in Software Development Lifecycle best practices
· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects with min. 7 years’ experience in banking systems analysis, design and development with good technical knowledge of IT systems
· Knowledge in Trade Finance, Loan or Customer Life Cycle Management, would be an advantage
· Able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and offshore vendor delivery teams
· Able to resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders and possess decision-making competencies
· Hands on exp in project execution and implementation.
· Good knowledge in web app programming, content API, management systems, database and system design
