Responsibilities:
- Repsonsible for liasing wiht building consultants and contractors
- Accountable for cultivating enduring customer relationships
- Cultivating strong business ties, particularly with key accounts
- Optimizing account penetration and ensuring customer loyalty
- Recognizing potential opportunities and crafting solutions for both existing and new customers
- Timely updating of forecasts into the system
- Negotiating value, overcoming resistance, and finalizing sales. Establishing Trane as the preferred supplier through differentiation
- Ensuring that all activities adhere to specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC Sales is required.
