- Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
- Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the materials timely
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
- Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting with sub-contractors
- Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
- Identify, rectification and handling over of defects after completion.
