Program Coordinator, Program Administration & Project Management (Contract)

Optimum Solutions (singapore) Pte Ltd

Role : Program Coordinator

Duration : 5 month Contract

Work Location; Central Singapore

Salary Range : S$2,300 to S$3,700 (Based on experience)


Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of Program Management plan/schedule.
  • Responsibilities Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list
  • Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings Document Management Work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the CREAM staff, including approved external partners.
  • Keep all document management repositories for program updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
  • Propose and enforce organizational standards across the team to ensure that only relevant/current documents are posted and old versions are archived.
  • Work with the Program Managers Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners.
  • Once established, Coordinator will setup, support and manage these tools, including direct coordination and communication with key partner representatives.
  • Action Item Tracking Handset/Device Logistics Establish standards, processes and tools for receiving, logging, preparing and managing/executing the distribution of handsets within team and across approved external partners.
  • Preparing devices with the latest SW components Onboarding Process for Team Support PgMs and TPMs with coordination and administrative tasks, as needed, and as the program continues to scale.

Skills / Experience

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Previous experience in sales, operations or project management.
  • Comfortable with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
