Job Description
● Design and develop efficient thermal management solution for electric vehicles batteries
● Conduct CFD simulations to optimize the fin structures to enhance the thermal performance of cold plates
● Collaborate with manufacturing team to establish micro-forming technologies for the complex features in cold plates
● Conduct test-bedding of the proposed battery cooling solutions
● Communicating with various stakeholders and liaising with other project teams
Qualifications
● PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
● Experience in prototyping and experimental work about heat transfer and fluid flow
● Proficiency in CFD analysis using commercial software such as ANSYS FLUENT
● Able to work independently and as a team
● Good communication skills in English
