Your superior:
This position reports to the Serviced Office Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and ensuring that office units operations run smoothly.
  • Be updated in the serviced office sector, understanding on client’s expectations, and changing needs relating to serviced offices, services, and facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the service office sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Handle all leasing activities including the conduct of site inspections and the closure of unit lease as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma and above or whichever is higher.
  • Goal Oriented
  • Excellent communication, written & PR skills are a plus point.
  • Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Strong networking skills to expand the client base and establish a robust business network.
