Responsibility:
- To operate, maintain mobile crane and ensure safe operating procedures are carried out while operating the crane
- Adhere to the MOM requirements and additional requirements of the project / maintenance site.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle is in good condition
- Ensure before starting work, Crane Operator is to check and conduct physical conditions of the crane and validity of the certificate of lifting gear, lifting appliances, and lifting machines according to checklist for safety issue on daily basis.
- Check and inspect the functionality of hydraulic system and wire rope condition to ensure free of defects.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning/disinfecting of crane’s cabin
- Ensure necessary documents are in the operating cabin such as load chart, user manual, Lifting Machine (LM) certificate, and Insurance.
- Undertake any other assignment related to his scope of work assigned by the HOD and/or Management whenever deemed necessary.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess Class 5 driving license
- Possess mobile crane certificate and license with at least 1 year relevant working experience in construction industry
- Possess knowledge of operating different types of cranes and tonnage, lifting operation
- Must be a registered Mobile Crane Operator with MOM
- Able to work OT, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to read and write in English
