Provision Purchaser
Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000
Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)
Job Description:
- Handle and response to all inquiries
- Able to quote all inquiries and response to inquiries using Navision system
- Process all invoices
- Handles issues pertaining to quotations, orders and invoices
- Negotiate prices & order follow up with suppliers
- Liaise closely with warehouse, suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Customer relationship management
- Coordinate with various departmental personnel and resolve customer issues
- Participate in team meetings and provide sales lead
- Manage supplies to meet customer demands
- Handling the day-to-day incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Support Sales Team for data entry, document processing
Requirements:
- At least possess O’ level/Diploma.
- With F&B / hotel catering / provision background is preferably
- Relevant experience in ship chandler industry advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Experience in Navision is an advantage.
