The role will support new product / process introduction and / or commercial protein biologics processes.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze process data using tools such as excel, minitab
- Verify data in technical reports and spreadsheets
- Consolidate and compare cell culture and purification process manufacturing practices for the purpose of facility fit and identification of area for optimization and alignment across manufacturing sites
- Participate in teams and collaborate cross-functionally with representatives from other functions and sites to support drug substance manufacturing process alignment
- Organize and conduct meetings. Actively creates, generates, and presents data/conclusions at internal and cross functional meetings
- Support authoring of technical protocols and reports
- Support small scale cell culture or purification studies while ensuring safe operation of PD activities in laboratory are followed
About You:
- University Degree in Science related discipline (e.g. chemical engineering, bioprocess engineering, biochemistry, or equivalent experiences)
- Possess basic understanding of biologics and chemical engineering principles.
- Independently motivated but also work well in team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
