Responsibilities:
- Work on schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on the master program and monitor the status
- Supervise BIM modeler to produce shop drawings
- Review, coordinate, and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards.
- Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as-built drawings
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore building projects
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations, Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution, and Green Mark issued by BCA
- Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment
- Familiar with Safety aspects in the Construction industry
- Preferable experiences for PBU and/or PPVC construction in Singapore
- Preferable experiences for Alum and/or PCA facade system in Singapore
- Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapore
- Preferable knowledge of BIM software/Autodesk Revit
