Responsibilities:
- Preparing the dining area, laying and decorating tables and making sure that all tableware and glasses are clean and correctly positioned
- Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Serving food to high standards by ensuring that all dishes are presented correctly and in a timely manner
- Checking on diners during their meal to ascertain their satisfaction levels
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to constant changes and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well-Organised, self-motivated and a keen learner
- Preferably with experience in Fine Dining restaurant
- Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
- Possess good command of English
