Oversee the daily operations of the Centre
Liaising with tutors, parents and students
Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs
Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
Counter sales of tuition packages
Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branchCommunicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year
Administer daily and monthly reports
Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters
Must be energetic and have a business mindset
Able to work both weekends.
