Key Result Areas
• Service and maintenance of all staff breakout areas including: (a) thorough clean of microwaves weekly, (b) thorough clean of fridges monthly with all fridges being checked weekly and out dated food disposed of, and (c) monthly wet wipe of all the kitchen cupboards, shelves and drawer
• Distribution of milk daily
• Load and Unload dishwashers daily
• Clean sinks daily to ensure no stains appear
• Maintain and replenish coffee machines
• Replenishment of consumables to the breakout rooms such as: tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, paper towels, serviettes, tea towels, dish cloths, and dishwashing stock
• Order stock for breakout areas fortnightly
• Ensure enough cutlery and crockery are in all breakout areas
• Assist with general housekeeping on the client floor as required.
• Comply with statutory health and hygiene standards and OH&S requirements
• Adhere to MMC Code of Conduct and professional dress standards in keeping with the role
