- To assist Admin cum Finance Manager to provide admin and digital marketing support to Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes for marketing and business meeting and follow up on action items.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms.
- Online Marketing and Brand Management.
- Responsible for Halal Certification and ISO 22000 audit.
- Responsible for government grant related matters (e.g. Digitalization, …)
- Responsible for export documentation.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant administrative support and coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Bilingual and is required to communicate with drivers in Mandarin.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
