Job Description:
- Assist QS Manager to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.
- Provide budget cost or estimates.
- Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation
- Liaise with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issue.
- Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding on bills and quantities.
- Evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly/Quarterly for material and labour cost.
- Deliver all tender document and costing to project team.
- Attend tenders’ site show round.
- Reply tender clarification, and prepare for tender interview and presentation.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of Quantity Surveyor working experience.
- Singaporeans only!
