Responsibilities:
- Handling daily operations, incident management and reporting to customer
- Supporting and leading minor Service Requests
- Interact with technical and business user team where required
- Work closely with the team members and 3rd Party vendors
Requriements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Experience in SharePoint
- Experience in C#.Net and MS SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
