Job Description:
- Maintain accurate financial records including AR, AP and GL
- Prepare monthly and year-end accounts schedules
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and simple payroll processing
- Prepare Unaudited Financial Statement Compilation
- Prepare XBRL Reporting
- Daily updating of cash book
- Maintain all account documents as per instructed by the direct supervisor
- Provide support in other accounting duties when our clients requested
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement:
- Proven expertise in handling full-set accounts
- Professional Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- Effective communication and written skills
- A hands-on and detail-oriented person
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Xero Accounting & Corporate Taxation is an added advantage
