Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the central kitchen such as cash reimbursement, and
delivery order.
- To assist the Production Department in the administrative functions so as to ensure the smooth
operation of the Central Kitchen
- Liaise with Purchasing Department, Production and Logistic Department on new products for outlets
and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform monthly pricing review with various department in charge.
- To do monthly physical stock take.
-Proper tracking and documentations on Central Kitchen’s License, Repairs & maintenances and vehicle records and assets listing.
- Report to Headquarter for all human resource matters for central kitchen workers.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss report for Central Kitchen.
- To follow up the internal and external audit report.
- To write minutes for production meeting or team meeting.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related discipline
- At least oneyear of working experience in a administrative related role
- Attentive to details, organized and with excellent numerical skills
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management ability.
