Job Scope:
• Provide administrative assistance and secretarial support;
• Transcribe judgments, minutes, notes of evidence and correspondence from handwritten drafts;
• Draft minutes and attend to correspondence;
• Sit in hearings and assist in the smooth conduct of trials and hearings;
• Manage the documentation process for client use, including preparation of documents;
• Assist in any work-related logistical planning and arrangements; and
• Perform the full range of secretarial functions as well as any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
• IT Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Must be able to write well
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised and meticulous
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be discreet as well as be able to manage confidential information
• Experience in using E-Litigation system will be an advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Work Venue: Clarke Quay
Contract Period: 1-Year
Salary: $4500 to $5100
