Marketing & Communications Executive
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join our team and take primary responsibility of our digital marketing strategies and channels, help with copywriting and content creation, and other related marketing projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Content creation: Develop and work closely with in-house designer in the production of publicity and marketing collaterals and communication materials for F&B promotions, social and sports events and activities, membership sales and club news for print and digital channels (including e-newsletters, website, social media, display monitors and OOH posters).
· Digital Marketing: Assist in development digital marketing strategies; update and manage our website, e-newsletters and social media platforms; track and respond if needed to reviews/ enquiries.
· Data Analysis: Analyse digital marketing performance data and use insights to recommend adjustments if needed.
· Publication Assistance: Draft, write and edit content for bi-monthly club magazine.
· Retail Marketing: Assist with retail marketing and inventory management for our souvenir store.
· Accounts and administrative duties for the Marketing & Communications department.
· Support of club events as needed.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent.
· Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in club environment, F&B, hospitality, sports & leisure or related industry.
· Proficiency in written English for copywriting and content creation.
· Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, especially MailChimp and social media platforms.
· Experience in PhotoShop, InDesign, video editing and Wordpress will be an advantage.
· Creative skills to come up with innovative ideas to capture audience attention.
· Resourceful with good time management skills and ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with quality work.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
· Strong attention to detail, flexible and proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
