Regional IT Executive

OVERVIEW

1. Manage and promote projects with SECOM HQ and establish consistent expectations with the stakeholders within SECOM and support the future business growth.
2. Coordinate and facilitate with SECOM HQ among the related parties including SECOM Smart Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong, SECOM Singapore, SECOM Malaysia, JCI and the other external parties to communicate and achieve the milestones and goals properly.
3. Work together with SECOM HQ to design, implement and sustain IT environments in SECOM Smart Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, where appropriate and reasonable, particularly in the area of MASterMind.
4. Liaise with SECOM Groups from both IT and business aspects and ensure their requirements are treated reasonably and properly.
5. Assist SECOM Singapore to improve and sustain their IT operation and environment. Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure and ensure highest availability.
6. Implement and maintain new services of Microsoft 365 Suite, SDWAN connectivity and End Point Security.

Job Description

1. Execute and promote projects with SECOM HQ and ensure reasonable quality of programs.
2. Coordinate and facilitate with SECOM HQ among the related parties including SECOM Smart Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong, SECOM Singapore, SECOM Malaysia and the other external parties such as KDDI and MAS to communicate and achieve the milestones and goals properly as planned.
3. Design, implement and maintain IT environments, IT Operations and Access management for SECOM Smart Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong to use MASterMind and network connectivity. New links to be setup worldwide in the future.
4. Support CMC systems and in SECOM environment. Knowledge in Call Center environment would have an advantage.
5. Serve as the first and second line support in conjunction with both external and internal parties to monitor & provide the system services for the business.
6. Act as the one of the focal point for major issues when necessary.
7. Contribute SECOM Groups from both IT and business aspects and assist their requirements are treated reasonably and properly.
8. Work together and assist SECOM Singapore to improve their IT operation and environment.
9. Manage risks, deliver projects on time and improve processes related to responsibilities.
10. Install and configure new connections using SDWAN. Optimizing cloud computing performance as well as reducing costs by tweaking the uptime and idle time of running the operations.
11. Usage of key performance manager like Zoho OPSManager to perform proactive monitoring of IT equipment and escalate to the relevant departments.
12. Perform protections and standardization of desktop computing using Group Policy and Anti-virus management console and follow CIS benchmark settings.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or Comp Science, relevant security industry experience is added advantage.
2. Minimum 3-4 years IT related working experience.
3. Experienced in overseeing network infrastructure. Firm understanding of LAN, WAN, Wireless architecture design. Have experience not limiting to brands like Cisco, FortiGate, VMWare
4. Administration, maintenance, and installation of VMware, VCenter, VDI Act as the one of the focal point for major issues when necessary.
5. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong teamwork capability, experience in SEA regional IT support is a plus.
7. Experience in Avaya & NICE recording system and 24/7 call center environment support is a plus.
8. Usage of key performance manager like Zoho OPSManager to perform proactive monitoring of IT equipment and escalate to the relevant departments is a plus.
9. Perform protections and standardization of desktop computing using Group Policy and Anti-virus management console and follow CIS benchmark settings.
