Cadence Group is looking to hire a driven and resilient HR Consultant to support our Consultancy Business Unit. The role will be exposed to various HR projects and Consulting Projects. He/she will be exposed to a multitude of industries and have to opportunity to interact with many different stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of consultancy deliverables like reports, slide decks or training materials.
- Participate in HR Consultancy/Business Consultancy Projects.
- Preparing for Client Training Programs and conduct training programs when required to.
- Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project matters.
- Work with long-term clients as a HR Retainer, providing operations, payroll and recruitment services when required to.
- Preparation for partner events or business development activities.
- Manage own tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Job Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma in any related field
- Possess strong communication and time management skills
- Shows initiative and accountability in work
- Understanding of local HR laws/regulations
