We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead with strong proficiency in .NET technologies in Banking domain & team management. As a key member of our clients development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
- Design and implement server-side logic using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Ensure the responsiveness of applications by implementing efficient and effective UI/UX designs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Development with 8-10 years of hands-on development using .NET technologies in BFSI domain is must.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
