Job Description:
· Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee compensation and benefits management, performance management, training & development and staff engagement activities.
· Supervise and review the work of the Human Resources Team
· Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM etc.
· Handle GST submissions, AIS for Employment Income, Tax Clearance etc., to IRAS
· Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys
· Prepare/Approve Quotations, Claims, Invoices; whenever required, as directed by Operation Manager
· Keep track of Insurance matters such as Foreign Worker Medical Insurance, Work Injury Compensation, Security Bonds etc.
· Assist in tracking and reporting on available grants issued by the government
· Assist as needed in other supporting activities of the HR department
· Support general office administration as & when necessary
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree
· At least 4 years of experience in the Human Resource / Admin function in Construction Industry.
· Well versed in local regulations relating to human capital, including MOM, CPF and IRAS rules.
· Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people
· Must be able to work independently, driven and takes initiative.
· Must be reliable and a strong team player
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to handle large volumes of data with accuracy
