PROFILE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Coaching Practice, the Organizational Coach will work with the Head of Coaching Practice to design and deliver end-to-end coaching engagement services to the Group, design and deliver coaching-related training programmes, and support the building of the Octave coaching ecosystem, infrastructure and network, as a self-sustaining and effective corporate practice. The Organizational Coach will be an active advocate of Coaching, working with business leaders to build awareness of the value proposition of the range of coaching services rolled out, measuring the effectiveness of the coaching interventions, and embedding coaching as part of the Group’s organizational culture, in support of growth and transformation. As a member of Octave Institute, the Organizational Coach may also be called on to contribute to projects and initiatives that contribute to the broader transformation process of the individual, team, family and organization via a suite of learning journeys and interventions.


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Organizational Coach is responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end 1-1 and group coaching services
  • Designing and delivering coaching and training programmes
  • Designing and delivering team effectiveness workshops
  • Running coaching supervision and coach mentoring practical labs
  • Measuring the impact of coaching-related interventions
  • Supporting the building of the Octave coaching ecosystem and infrastructure
  • Supporting the growth and transformation of individuals and organizations
  • Internal and external relationship management of the Octave coaching network


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Coach or Trainer
  • Demonstrated track record in coaching senior leaders and middle managers (incl. company, duration, senior of leaders, number of clients and references)
  • Demonstrated track record in designing and delivering coaching-related programmes (incl. programme title, scope and learning outcomes)
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Established niche in one of the following areas: performance coaching, leadership coaching, team coaching, or wellness coaching (incl. clients, scope, model and outcomes.)
  • ICF, EMCC or ACTA credentials would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with ontological coaching is preferred
  • Additional certification with 360 feedback tools and psychometric assessments will be a bonus
  • English as native language; Mother Tongue (Business Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai) would be preferred
  • Self-driven, resourceful, hands on, can-do attitude
  • Open to trying out new approaches, refining, and pivoting
  • Able to adapt to, and deliver in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Team player, works well with a wide base of stakeholders
  • Committed to providing the highest level of support and quality
