Driving performance improvement initiatives through training and consultation for the existing dealer/customer network. Helping to identify, develop, and train key dealer/customer personnel to optimize sales.
This person will also need to coordinate webinars/seminars to facilitate knowledge transfer within the dealer/customer network. The candidate must be well versed in how to support Dealer Recognition programs and resolve dealer/customer issues regarding sales and service. Candidates also need to be able to understand and review sales reports and consult with dealers/customers to forecast sales and profitability. Strong collaboration skills are a must as well, especially with the IT department on technology projects such as CRM maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive analysis of dealer/customer organizations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East to expand market share strategically.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives through training and consultation for the existing dealer/customer network.
- Identify, develop, and train key dealer/customer personnel to optimize sales.
- Coordinate webinars/seminars to facilitate knowledge transfer within the dealer/customer network.
- Maximize dealer use of tools and programs to enhance customer experience and improve dealer performance.
- Manage identification, qualification, and selection of prospective dealers, presenting opportunities to management for approval.
- Support Dealer Recognition programs and resolve dealer/customer issues regarding sales and service.
- Monitor dealer/customer preferences to determine sales focus and provide necessary support.
- Review sales reports and consult with dealers/customers to forecast sales and profitability.
- Advise dealers on policies and operating procedures for functional business effectiveness.
- Represent at trade association meetings online to promote products and analyze international legislation to support the company's interests.
- Assess the marketing potential of new/existing dealer store locations and prioritize marketing expenses to support growth goals.
- Collaborate with the IT department on technology projects such as CRM maintenance.
Experience & Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years experience in territory management with a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- A track record of several years in territory management or sales operations
- Strong collaboration skills
- Marketing background is essential
- Must have experience in conducting competitive analysis of dealer/customer organizations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East to expand market share strategically.
