Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
- Spearhead the development of robust and scalable backend solutions, employing the latest technologies and best practices.
- Act as the technical expert in backend development, overseeing API development, architecture, database design, and DevOps practices.
- Maintain a hands-on role in programming, ensuring efficient progress, and delivering quality backend code.
Innovation and Automation:
- Leverage automation tools to streamline development, deployment, and database management processes.
- Tackle complex technical challenges, driving innovation with a focus on practical solutions and proactive risk mitigation across technical domains.
Expertise Expansion:
- Demonstrate commitment to building expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, extending proficiency into database management and performance optimization.
- Implement data validation, transformation, and normalization processes to ensure data quality, security, and access control.
DevOps Integration:
- Stay abreast of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud services.
Frontend Development Leadership:
- Lead the development of robust and scalable frontend applications, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.
- Ensure the protection of company's high-fidelity data synchronization between IoT technologies and software products, delivering a best-in-class user experience.
Technical Expertise in Frontend:
- Serve as the technical expert in frontend development, providing guidance on technology choices and best practices.
- Maintain a hands-on role in programming, ensuring efficient progress and high-quality frontend code development.
Standardization and UX Focus:
- Implement standardization measures, including scaffolding, coding standards, and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence in frontend development.
- Champion the user experience, ensuring intuitive, responsive, and accessible digital products.
Quality Assurance and Project Management:
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes for frontend development, ensuring bug-free and high-performance applications.
- Assist the Product Owner (PO) in project planning, scoping, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of frontend components.
Technical Leadership:
- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and trends, providing strategic technical direction to align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Posses Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a developer
- Proficiency in Entity Framework, C#, .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL, RESTful Web API, Angular v13 and above, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Prior experience in Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System and SAP would be an added advantaged
